We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly work with you on finding a solution to return your item.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, natural imperfections do occur. If any imperfections are found, they will be listed in the description of the item. Returns due to natural imperfections that are listed in the description at the time of sale are not accepted.

If the incorrect item is purchased, we will gladly exchange the item for an item of equal or lesser value; however, the buyer is responsible for shipping the original item back to the store.

ALL APPROVED RETURNS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE. Conditions for approval are decided on a case-by-case individual basis. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
